I started Hold Space Counselling online from the humble beginnings of my spare room in Glasgow Scotland, to offer a safe inclusive space for folks from all backgrounds. So a bit about me… I love photography, being out in nature walking my wee rescue pup, all things piercings & tattoos and going to gigs. Music & podcasts are my hot soothing chicken soup for the soul & love discovering new listens.

I am THE biggest believer in the positive changes talking therapies can bring, not only from my years of learning & experience working with clients but also my own personal counselling journey.

Being BACP registered I adhere to their ethical guidelines which is important in maintaining the high standards & integrity of my practice.

I’m a huge believer that effective counselling comes from a genuine connection between counsellor & client. If you’re looking for a stern faced stuffy professor type, then I’m not the counsellor for you. I offer a relaxed authentic space where you can express yourself freely.

Grab yourself a coffee before we start. If you need to get comfy on the couch with your laptop, you do you. If a fidget toy keeps you focused, grab it. If you need a moment, take it.

My aim is to hold space for you, so in time you can hold space for yourself.
